SMUI is a new real estate developer company formed on 28th Oct 2020 and started its operations in Bangalore. Primarily, we are planning to Build & Sell villas ranging to Ground + 03 floors. Currently the projects are in design & approvals stage and on-site executions are planned from November 2021. The pilot project completion target set for December 2022. Though its new company to the Bangalore market but the core team having vast experience in the construction industry for past 25 years including international knowledge. We use all latest innovative techniques in our projects to bring down the costs and to build ecologically responsive homes. SMUI selected Bangalore as a place of our business where there are always have unique opportunities for good real estate projects.

What is minimum and maximum amount to be invested in SMUI
Minimum – INR 1.5 Lakhs
Maximum – INR 15 Lakhs (this will be increased based on investor request and keenness)
Holding period of Investment Money is 24 Months. ROI amount will be distributed annually.
If any investor to take back their investment money due to their personal problems, then SMUI required minimum 03 months’ notice to arrange the same and the prorated ROI will be paid only at the year end.
